These terms govern your use of Niyet on iOS and Android.

Using the app

You may use Niyet for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the app store through which you obtained it.

Prayer times and religious information

Niyet provides calculated prayer times, qibla direction, Hijri dates, and curated informational content as a practical aid. Calculation methods and local observance announcements can vary. You remain responsible for confirming information with the appropriate local religious authority when exact observance is important.

Niyet Plus

Some convenience, history, and personalization features require Niyet Plus. Available purchase options may include monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices and trial eligibility are displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app-store account before renewal. Billing, cancellation, refunds, family sharing, and trial rules are administered by Apple or Google under their applicable terms. Deleting Niyet does not itself cancel a subscription.

Availability

We aim to keep Niyet accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature, calculation method, language, or curated regional calendar is available in every location.

Changes

We may improve the app and update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
